LOCATION

The “Residenza Minerva” is situated in Via Dante Alighieri, a central yet quiet area, which offers all the services like newsstands, pharmacies, supermarkets, amusement arcades and so on, reachable without using a car. In the evening, the traffic limited area becomes traffic-free, therefore a walk is safe even for children.
Nearbly, in Piazza Manzoni are often held dancing events.

APARTMENTS

The apartments are comfortable and well lighted, designed for relax.
They have one or two bedrooms, abathroom, a living room, a kitchen and balconies.
